Shipping policy

All orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping. BigTeaHouse.com offers Home Delivery, Next Day and 2nd Day shipping through FedEx for additional shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping. However, most orders arrive within 3-4 days. Orders of $45 and more receive free ground shipping.

We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Additional fees may apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Currently we do not ship outside of the United States.
